June marked a dynamic month of continued training and management transitions across the Foxes Safari portfolio. At Vuma Hills Camp, attention centred on orientating new management teams, aligning them with Foxes operational standards, and strengthening leadership understanding through practical sessions. Rufiji River Camp continued its hospitality training, combining team-building exercises with the introduction of a guest-focused BBQ night concept. Meanwhile, at Ruaha River Lodge, emphasis was placed on developing buffet setup and shared dining presentation, alongside waiter and housekeeping refreshers. The arrival of new managers brought renewed energy and commitment to service consistency and operational excellence.
