October was a dynamic month across the Foxes Safari portfolio, with focused training and development at several properties. At Stanley’s Kopje in Mikumi National Park, the newly refurbished lodge reopened, and attention centred on front-of-house service, housekeeping standards, guiding, and team cohesion. At Ruaha River Lodge, emphasis was placed on upskilling new front-of-house staff while continuing the growth and confidence of the in-house housekeeping and service teams through interactive workshops. The month concluded at Lazy Lagoon Island, where team-building sessions and general hospitality training reinforced consistency and guest-focused service delivery across all departments.
