September marked the rollout of the introductory hospitality training across part of the Foxes Safari portfolio. Each camp participated in tailored sessions focusing on team building, guest interaction, and operational standards. At Vuma Hills, the training included the review of picnic meals and presentation of these meals and guided setup procedures. Ruaha River Lodge and Lazy Lagoon Island placed additional emphasis on front-of-house and housekeeping consistency. The programme successfully aligned teams under shared service values, building a strong foundation for continued development and guest service excellence across all properties.
