February’s training circuit focused on the continuation of hospitality development across the Foxes Safari camps. At Lazy Lagoon Island, emphasis was placed on team building and the introduction of a shared dining concept to enhance guest engagement. Rufiji River Camp’s sessions concentrated on live cooking stations and buffet presentation, ensuring efficiency and visual appeal. At Ruaha River Lodge, training extended to picnic meal preparation for guides, bush stop setups, and ongoing development of front-of-house and housekeeping standards. Each property demonstrated steady progress and growing confidence in service delivery.
